Liaison is real. Fusion is a roar. 9/11 has hijackers. The deck is art.
The incoming log calls FBI and Israeli services co-evolvers, a hydra, a knife that shares a hand. Organizational poetry. The ledger is smaller and harder: a documented liaison; five men from Urban Moving Systems detained on 11 September 2001 and deported on visa charges; al-Qaeda as the named perpetrator. Closeness is not authorship.

Urban Moving / the five
NYT, 8 Oct 2001: five young Israeli men, Urban Moving Systems, detained midday on the 11th in a van, box cutter, cash, extra passport in the lawyer’s telling. Held. Facing deportation for overstaying visas. ABC later asked the spy question. That is a detention file. It is not a confession that they flew the planes.

The liaison is not a cartoon
FBI legal attachés, Mossad, Shin Bet, CIA station traffic: allied services share threat pictures. That is mid-century and after. It is not ‘Total Information Awareness’ as a joint brand — TIA was a DARPA name. Liaison is boring until you need it. Boring is still real.

The hijackers stay on the card
Nineteen men, al-Qaeda, planes as weapons. That ledger does not vanish because a moving-company van was pulled over in New Jersey. If a file needs the van to delete the hijackers, the file is doing Tell 02: every contrary fact is the disguise.

Hydra, knife, blood
Mossad, Shin Bet, ‘the whole Hydra.’ One root for 9/11, the Bureau, the archives. Body metaphor plus the root that must be stung. A service is not a people. A people is not a reptile on a command deck.
This file will not say
- That 9/11 was an Israeli operation. The hijacker ledger is not a sanitization layer.
- That FBI and Mossad are one organism. Liaison is structure. Fusion is a poem.
- That a reptile in orange trim is an ethnic census. The deck is incoming art.
- That visa deportation is proof they held the door. It is proof they were processed and flown.
This file will say
- The five were detained. Urban Moving. NYT named it. ABC asked if they were spies. Held, then visa-out. That is the card.
- Allied intel sharing is real. De-confliction of foreign nationals happens. It does not write the flight plan.
- Cylons adapt is theater. The archives still have the 19. Frequency is not dark. It is footnoted.

Closeness of services is not authorship of an attack. The mimic is not the one who refuses a hydra cartoon. The mimic is the one who needs the cartoon so the hijackers can leave the page. Log the van. Log the liaison. Leave the lizard on the glass.
